Conditions and Challenges: A surprise hail storm caused extensive damage to the roof, requiring an immediate solution, including plugging several new water intrusions into tenant spaces. Adding complexity to the project, the building is nearly 100% occupied, requiring crews to work around tenant needs and privacy.
Solution
