North Pointe

The North Pointe project presented unique challenges due to the existing solar array, which needed to remain intact throughout the installation. The solar panels were mounted with only 24 inches of clearance on one side, complicating the work environment. Marco Vailetti, the client, had previously contracted with us for a smaller project involving solar equipment, giving him confidence in our ability to navigate this complex situation.

To address these challenges, we installed a RainShield 2P-3W system without causing any damage to the solar panels. Our team coordinated closely with both the tenant—a defense contractor—and the property owner to meticulously plan the work, including staging areas and overspray mitigation. Throughout the project, we employed a systematic approach to ensure that all equipment was protected at every phase of the installation.

Marco praised our crew for their hard work and dedication, highlighting their ability to manage the low clearance of the solar panels and adhere to a tight schedule to avoid rain in October.
